Really? I'm really happy to hear that. It's strange to think that we were all in the same place, but it they were all really different.

Ah, I don't think I've ever visited you at your home...

( Does he live by himself? Probably not, considering that the cottages are pretty roomy here. )

Oh... I guess you only came to the arcade before huh.

I still have a treehouse that I let a friend stay in, but I moved most of my stuff into a cottage with Sunny, Xie Lian, and Aubrey.

[ If it sounds like a lot of people that's probably because it is. He's still not used to that many in one house. ]

( He can't face Sunny. They've been avoiding each other for a while now, and the time when their memories were changed only made things worse. Thinking about seeing him fills him with anxiety. His relationship between himself and Aubrey might be getting better too, but it still felt strained all the same.

And so, making up a flimsy lie right now is the best way he can keep avoiding them. At the least, he-- knows that Kenma is alright. )

It'll be near the library! Kel was thinking about selling some of his baked goods, too.

You weren't nervous to open your own business...?

Kindof... a little. I wanted a bunch of games to play, and I don't really mind if other people want to play them too...

So this way I don't have to invite people over all the time. It made more sense than putting them all in the house.

The things you love feel a lot more special when you have someone to share them with, I think.

That sounds right. I really like volleyball, but if I wasn't playing with my friends I probably would have just watched it.

What kind of things... do you love?

You play volleyball, too? I had no idea... Have you been able to play since you got here?

Ah, well... I really like flowers a lot. And, Aubrey and Kel have both said I should start taking pictures again... I used to really love doing that.

Not really... you need a lot of players for indoor... I think there was a beach court set up once?

Flowers makes sense... I didn't know you were into photography.
Is the weird phone camera we have enough for that?

That's nice that you were able to play. Are there friends from your home here, too?

The camera I had at home was really nice. It was the kind that'd print out polaroids as soon as you took the picture. I really just liked taking pictures of my friends. There's something really nice about being able to capture a special moment that you share with someone.

But, I haven't really used the one on the phone. Sunny took one with me, but, it's not really the same.

( He usually.... doesn't open up very much to others, but Kenma's someone he feels comfortable talking to. Maybe the time they spent beforehand helped... He doesn't remember the time when they had met when they were younger very well, but he remembers it being a nice memory. )
