Tucked down an alley towards the center of town, closer to the houses, sits a stone framed door that emanates with a neon glow from the inside after dark. Strange... it looks like an abandoned cellar, almost. Surely nothing interesting could be behind it. Those brave enough to push through the doors (or perhaps chanced to see someone else entering nearby) only need to take a few steps in before Kenma's tricky entrance gives way to the real attraction. A fully stocked arcade, packed to the brim with everything from pinball machines, retro arcade games, and a section for more modern arcade fare. The main floor sports many of the modern arcade games. Your ski-balls, stackers, basketball shooters and all sorts of ticket spitting machines, complete with a prize counter to the side in a corner that stocks a variety of candies and nick-nacks and doo-dads and the usual (mosty) useless trinkets that can make for a fun evening or shelf decoration later. Some of those trinkets and sweets may look awfully similar to items from a dreamers world. Rest assured, they're very likely knockoffs! Main Area Visuals The upper floor has the classics. Pinball, platformers, all the quarter crunchers from the days of early video gaming. These games don't print tickets or anything like that, but they do provide a challenge or a fun distraction! There are also tables strategically placed, corners to sit down at and hide away for a bit, rest your weary legs. There's also a snack counter! It's not a fully stocked bar or anything, but you can get a few junk-foody snacks to put you off for a bit, maybe some simple fare. It's arcade food, I sure hope your expectations aren't high! The Upper Floor The lower level feels far more like a traditional Japanese arcade. Stuffed with plain fighting games set up to verse players on the other side or play solo, rhythm games, and the more niche quarter crunchers. This smaller space is for showing off your combo prowess and reflexes. It may not be the prettiest area, but it's made to be a bit more durable! Lower Floor Visuals![]() |
