"Just...one?" Kageyama frowns a little down at the pie.
But he starts to get himself some, basically the rest of what Kenma says he won't eat...not to mention the food he'd actually brought for himself and all... But he is a bottomless pit.
Kageyama settles with some apple pie and still feels a bit weird eating what he'd intended as a gift for Kenma but then again he also has no intentions of something good going to waste. At least the other will enjoy some of it... he'll know better for next time too!
He glances over at Kenma as he himself starts shoveling in pie into his mouth.
It's all about learning! Can't know someone perfectly without interacting first, after all.
"Why?... it's tasty, right?" He thinks so, at least. There's a little shrug as he leans back, working through his food before trying to play games. "Why do you like volleyball?"
"Okay," Kageyama can accept that. There's a lot of foods he thinks are way better but he supposes it's fine if Kenma prefers apple pie... maybe he'd have more energy if he ate more meat and stuff, though...
He taps along, pulling out a racing game and getting it started. Totally not a subtle plan to get Tobio into the vibe of the game first. Cart, track, character. All selected.
He shifts, getting comfortable on the couch beside him before starting the first race and... Man this game is chaotic with all the NPCs and items turned on!
Blario Kart with all the NPCs on is chaos incarnate. A mess of randomness disguised as a game.
He has the lightning bolt equipped, flickering a glance over to Tobio briefly. "This..." And he taps the button, flashing lightning on the screen that turns everyone tiny.
Tap tap tap tap, there's a brief moment where he's focused, and once he reaches a clearer point he explains.
"There's a minimap in the top right... If I look at that I can see where everyone else is... then it's just people near me I need to care about." He explains. Hmmm- maybe if he relates it to something Tobio's more familiar with.
"Like keeping track of players on each side of the court."
“Oh. I guess that makes a little sense,” but in this format it is a bit
overwhelming to Kageyama. But he is admittedly enjoying watching Kenma play
the chaos. He can tell that he’s good at it.
"Mmmh, it's an easy game to play with other people... so I used to play it a lot." He nods, finishing off that race and then turning to Kageyama.
"If you don't play many games, the interface can be a lot to look at... But once you know it all it's fine." He finds a spot and points. "That number just tells you your position... and the bubbles in the other corner show you what items you have."

When he gets back, Kenma's already had a couple nibbles, seemingly very happy with that- though it's hard to tell with his sharp features.

"Because it's volleyball."
Easier than explaining that he'd basically been born loving it and that his grandpa had only furthered that natural inclination.

"If I said... because it's apple pie. Would that make sense to you?"

"I guess it's the same... I just think it's really good."

"Ready to try some games?" He's almost literally itching to go.
