[ He's noticed the flowers, a little curious. Is it... A special day? Wait... ]

Ah- You didn't have to...

[ Shift shift, he's making room on the couch too. ]

( He feels the way his face heats up as he shuffles his feet a bit before he steps forward -- there's a bouquet with bluebells, white roses, and magnolias. They all symbolize peace and tranquility in some way. )

Uhm... I-I wanted to give you something special for today...

( He moves to approach Kenma then, pressing a brief kiss to his lips before sitting next to him, holding the flowers for him to take. )

Happy Valentine's Day... I used some magic on them so they'll last for a long time.

then he acccepts the flowers with a soft nod, shifting aside and motioning for Basil to follow him inside. First, a vase to store them in. ]

Happy valentines day, Basil. I totally forgot about it here. thank you...

It's okay. It's really easy to lose track of time here. And... I'm glad it could be a bigger surprise then, heheh...

( He follows him inside. )

Ah, yeah... Uhm -- i-if you don't mind me staying for a little while...

[ Over to his room then, but first they can walk past the kitchen to find a display for the flowers and to set the rest aside.

One hand find's Basil's, gently squeezing as he pulls them along. The moment the door closes he takes a few steps further in before turning, drawing Basil in close to him before leaning down and pressing a warmer kiss to his lips. ]

I'd never mind spending more time with you, Basil...

( He's drawn closer then, and Basil responds to that kiss in turn -- and gives him another, and another. )

That makes me so happy... I always love spending time with you, Kenma.

Did you want to stay in...?

( He didn't mind going for a walk, or anything Kenma would like to do. Staying in sounded just fine, too. )

[ Another brush, another kiss. More and more... Asking kenma if he'd like to go do something physical is perhaps a mistake BUT, at least the results are predictable. ]

Staying in is nice. We can play something together, then put a movie on?

[ Spoken between kisses. Might as well game first, since he knows they might not make it through the movie. Very likely if anything. ]

( He responds in turn to each kiss. It's a good thing that Kenma made the suggestion that he did. It'd be easy enough to lose himself in those kisses. )
