Yeah... Weird game mechanics right? I think that trapped in a game trope works well here. But we're all from like... different worlds? Something like that.

[Lord, but his heart can race. Will it race like this every time he anticipates Kenma? Would he mind if it did?

[He's at the crystal in only about fifteen minutes. He approaches Kenma, blush already on his face, giving a short wave. He wonders if he should take his hand. Maybe in a moment...]

[ Just two boys doing their own thing and... oh, there was only one bed- ]

[ And just like that. Kenma's slowly finished off his drink and stepped on over to wait near the crystal.

Ah! There he is. The cat ears and tail are gone for now, he doesn't want that much attention on him. (actually, he wants no attention on him, please do not perceive him, society)

There's a faint smile, and he steps over to join Sunny. Even not as a half-cat, his eyes are still so sharp, bright yellow... ]

Hey- Uh... Ready to go?

[ He gives his hand a little lift, like a quiet offer. ]

[Kenma offers his hand, and it's easy as that. Sunny takes it, lacing their fingers. His heart is in his throat again. Those roses really didn't make all that much of a difference at all, did they?

[At Kenma's question, he nods. He's not a smiler, really, but his expression is...content, and that's saying something.

[He begins to walk back in the direction of the tree houses. Not many have seen the inside of his house before. He's nervous...]

It's...a little messy. At my house...

[ Fingers lace, a little curl of digits... Maybe a brush of thumb against the back of his hand. Nice and comfy. ]

Ah, it's fine. My room got pretty bad sometimes too... Mostly with games-

[ He's never had a whole house before... What would he do with all that space? ]

[Sunny has personally filled it full of stuffed animals and sketchbook pages, but he tried to make it at least somewhat presentable before coming for Kenma. Most of the sketches are hidden away in books, save for one or two pinned to a wall...

[He hopes Kenma won't think the plushes are weird. He just likes them. Always has...

[It's a quiet walk by virtue of Sunny being a quiet person. When they get to the treehouse, he glances at Kenma, lightly squeezing his hand.]

You...go first, okay? [Up the ladder, he means.]

Mmh? Ah- sure...

[ He clambers up neatly. Surprisingly limber for his lazy gamer nature. The sports is kindof showing up.

He's hit with a wall of colour! Woah- Intense.

But like, it also looks really comfy? So many plushes...

When Sunny enters after him he'll see the catboy dropped face first into a pile of plushes, tail out again, swishing happily. They're so soft! (And they smell like Sunny, very cozy) ]

[!!! He likes them. And his tail is out again. Sunny will never get tired of Kenma with his cat features; for someone with an imagination like his, it's really a dream come true.

[He closes the door behind him and locks it, wandering over to the pile that Kenma has thrown himself into. Slowly, he lowers himself down next to him, similarly burying his face in the plushes.

[His hand reaches for Kenma's.]

[ The cozy dream. Truly it's alive. His tail swishes a few times, waiting for Sunny to come closer before turning about to face him.

There's those sharp cat eyes again. ]

I tried asking the crystal for a POP..... I didn't have enough.. uh- whatever the currency was?

[ One hand slips into his, another gentle squeeze. He's just a bit bummed about not having a phone or anything. Truly suffering in game withdrawal. ]

[If Sunny weren't spending shards left and right on stuffed animals and cooking ingredients for other people, he might offer to help...

[He squeezes Kenma's hand back, shifting to face him in turn. Those striking eyes...it almost sends a shiver through him (thank God it doesn't, though - that would be embarrassing).]
